Board of Trustees

Our board of trustees regularly meets the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the school library. Meetings are open to the public and we always encourage community support. Please note that times and dates are subject to change. Upcoming meeting notices will be placed on the May ISD District News Feed and the May ISD Calendar. Meeting agendas and minutes are available on the May ISD School Board Agendas & Minutes page.

Conflict of Interest Statement and Disclosure

Texas Local Government Code Chapter 176.003 requires vendors or potential vendors of the district to fill out and file a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire IF the person has a business relationship with the district and:

  • Has an employment or other business relationship with an officer of the district or a family member of the officer, described by Local Government Code 176.003(a)(2)(A).

Or

  • Has given an officer of the district, or a family member of the officer, one or more gifts with the aggregate value specified by Local Government Code 176.003(a)(2)(B), excluding any gift described by Local Government Code 176.003(a-1).

If neither of these conditions exist, it is not necessary to file this form. For your convenience, you may download the Conflict of Interest Questionnaire.
