May ISD is accepting sealed bids for a 79-acre agricultural lease. The property is located outside the fenced area of the May ISD Sports Complex.
Quick Details:
Use: Surface lease for grazing or farming only.
Prohibited: Hunting and the use of firearms are strictly prohibited.
Term: 3-year initial lease with a 3-year extension option.
Timeline: Bids are due by Friday, February 27, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
Opening: Bids will be opened Monday, March 2, 2026.

Submit the Bid Submission Form in a sealed envelope marked: "MAY ISD AGRICULTURAL LEASE BID — DO NOT OPEN UNTIL MARCH 2, 2026".

Learning Undefeated is coming with their high tech mobile STEM trailer to May ISD on March 17th and 18th! Be on the lookout for permission slips so your student (Grades K-8) can participate in this rare opportunity. They will go out soon, and be due by February 20th. We would also like to encourage you to get involved and join in on the fun the evening of March 17th at 5:30pm! The STEM lab will be located by the band hall.

The May Junior High Girls Basketball White Team put together a season to remember, finishing the year undefeated. The squad rolled through district play without a single loss, securing an undefeated district championship and completing a perfect record for the entire season. Their success was also highlighted by a championship win at the Meridian Tournament. During the Jim Ned Tournament, they faced Class 3A opponents in pool play and won the three games they played.
The Green Team also experienced enormous success this year going undefeated in district play. They had the opportunity to compete against larger classifications and came away with some quality wins. Highlighting their successful season was winning the Zephyr tournament. These ladies have set a strong foundation for the future of the program.
