May ISD is accepting sealed bids for a 79-acre agricultural lease. The property is located outside the fenced area of the May ISD Sports Complex.

Quick Details:

  • Use: Surface lease for grazing or farming only.

  • Prohibited: Hunting and the use of firearms are strictly prohibited.

  • Term: 3-year initial lease with a 3-year extension option.

  • Timeline: Bids are due by Friday, February 27, 2026, at 3:00 PM.

  • Opening: Bids will be opened Monday, March 2, 2026.

Learning Undefeated is coming with their high tech mobile STEM trailer to May ISD on March 17th and 18th!
