May ISD is accepting sealed bids for a 79-acre agricultural lease. The property is located outside the fenced area of the May ISD Sports Complex.
Quick Details:
Use: Surface lease for grazing or farming only.
Prohibited: Hunting and the use of firearms are strictly prohibited.
Term: 3-year initial lease with a 3-year extension option.
Timeline: Bids are due by Friday, February 27, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
Opening: Bids will be opened Monday, March 2, 2026.
