No varsity girls game today. Warm-up game TBA.
The May Junior High Girls Basketball White Team put together a season to remember, finishing the year undefeated. The squad rolled through district play without a single loss, securing an undefeated district championship and completing a perfect record for the entire season. Their success was also highlighted by a championship win at the Meridian Tournament. During the Jim Ned Tournament, they faced Class 3A opponents in pool play and won the three games they played.
The Green Team also experienced enormous success this year going undefeated in district play. They had the opportunity to compete against larger classifications and came away with some quality wins. Highlighting their successful season was winning the Zephyr tournament. These ladies have set a strong foundation for the future of the program.

Big shout out to our Superintendent - Chad Dail, Maintenance/Transportation Director - Joey McKenzie, and awesome neighbor Mr. Tischler, for chipping away at the ice today! They’ve been out in the cold all morning making sure the drop-off lanes are safe for your return.
It’s a great day to be a Tiger when you have a community that cares this much. The thaw is happening, and school is ON for tomorrow! See you in the morning, May ISD! 💚 Go Tigers! 🤍

Happy Birthday Mrs Tareh!

Due to worsening road conditions, May ISD will remain CLOSED tomorrow, Thursday, January 29. Safety is our number one priority. Mr. Dail is currently out driving each bus route personally to assess the situation. He has determined that at least one-third of our students live on roads that still have a large amount of ice. Because of these hazardous conditions, we cannot safely transport students to school tomorrow. Good News for Friday: The weather forecast is improving! We anticipate that road conditions will melt enough for us to resume classes on Friday, January 30. Please stay safe and warm one more day, and we look forward to seeing everyone back on Friday!

🐾Our Tigers and Lady Tigers have an updated game scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 29.

✨FCA will meet Friday!!
