Welcome to the 2026 Girls Athletics Season! We want to share an important update regarding our daily schedule for the upcoming school year. To keep our student-athletes safe and healthy during the Texas heat, we are adapting our schedule to follow the latest UIL safety guidelines. High school athletics will take place during first period, and our cross country runners will lace up for morning practices starting at 6:30 a.m. each school day until further notice. JH will be last period, but they will still run in the mornings as well. After school, the girls will head over to the weight room for team strength training, wrapping up around 4:30 p.m. We know our families have busy schedules, so we want to make sure the girls get plenty of rest. Once our regular competitive season begins, we will adjust morning practices, giving our athletes some well-deserved recovery time later in the week. We truly appreciate your family's amazing flexibility and support as we make these adjustments together.
